Quality of life practice 
Services: Preventive care for all ages, treatment of acute illness and chronic diseases, injury care, and well woman exams. 
Open for both FM and IM  
No OB required 
Epic EMR 
On site labs, x-ray, and imaging services at several clinics 
Multispecialty practice locations, easy access to Cardiology, Ortho, OB, and other specialists for referrals 
Reason for need: Succession Planning for retiring physicians and growth 
Quick ramp up for new physicians, several clinics booking new patient appointments out by 4 months plus
Not-for-profit company allowing ability to qualify for the Public Service Loan Forgiveness Program Public Service Loan Forgiveness | Federal Student Aid
Base salary scales with experience that increases with wRVU threshold  
Incredible flexibility with scheduling 
Calls are variable based on clinic but no more than 1:4. Phone consult only
You get to set your own schedule if you meet 36 patient contact time. You can choose where and when to complete your 4 hours of administration time
