The compensation and benefits package includes a 2 year guaranteed salary of $535,000. There is also a paid shared call that equals $100,000 per year. A $50,000 sign on bonus is offered and paid on the 1st paycheck. There is the option to sign off on mid-levels which adds an additional $80,000 per year. The team is averaging 15,000 RVU's per year. A $15,000 residency stipend is offered for 2024 graduates. $50,000 in student loan assistance is provided.
