Compensation is a competitive $550K-$650K base and quality bonus. Besides the base and quality bonus (both are guaranteed for 2 years), relocation is $10K. There would also be a sign-on bonus and possibly a retention bonus. The provider can earn RVU incentive bonus during the guarantee period if they exceed the threshold. After the guarantee period compensation will be per the GI 3-Tier Compensation Model:
To 3000RVU - $45, 3000-6999RVU - $60, 7000RVU and above - $85.
There are 30-days of PTO, 9-days can be rolled over, 7-holidays and 2-personal days.
