We have a 1-year auto-renewable contract that kicks in unless one party triggers the 90-day out-clause. The terms of the contract are reviewed no less than every 3 years. There is a sign-on and retention bonus, a quality incentive bonus, relocation allowance, and one week of paid CME. We offer 30 days of PTO plus 9 holidays.
