Compensation will consist of a competitive (MGMA median) guaranteed salary and quality bonus (guaranteed for 2-years), a sign-on bonus, relocation stipend and retention bonus. There is generous PTO (6-weeks), 7-holidays, and 1-week of paid CME. They provide an occurrence malpractice insurance policy that includes tail insurance.

We will verify your board certification and all state licenses. You will need to complete our electronic candidate background disclosure form via DocuSign which will automatically be sent to your Recruiter Consultant. If you have any current or past background issues, malpractice cases that were dropped, settled, or still pending we will need them to be disclosed to our client. Kindly provide a brief written explanation of these cases.
We will forward your information, along with potential interview dates, to our client/physician lead Don Lewis, Director Physician Services. Should that call go well, you will be invited to come in for an onsite interview with your significant. other. They will fly you into Baltimore Washington International Airport or Reagan National Airport where you will pick up a rental car and drive to Leonardtown. There you will meet with hospital executives and administration, the physicians, and staff over the better part of the day to get a feel for their personalities and how you will fit into the medical community. You will tour the facilities and will also tour the community with a local realtor that is familiar with the entire area.
After your interview we will receive feedback from everyone that met with you. We will follow up with you regarding your interest and the next steps. If an offer is extended it will be in the form of a non-binding Letter of Intent. Once you sign the Letter of Intent, an executable contract will be sent to you electronically. The contract should arrive within two-three weeks.
All offers are contingent upon referencing and credentialling. Our client will want to conduct three to five professional references on your behalf. Provide the references’ name, title, relationship to you and contact information. These should be physicians and staff members that know you well and can discuss your clinical skills.
