Physician Recruitment Process and Compensation Overview

Compensation will consist of a competitive package of $600K+. It will consist of a base salary and a highly attainable quality bonus (both guaranteed for 2 years), along with a sign-on and retention bonus, and a relocation stipend. The contract is for 2 years and is auto renewed. After year 2, you will start participating in the productivity incentive plan (although you can start earning productivity bonuses from day one). They provide an occurrence malpractice insurance policy that includes tail insurance. They offer 30 days of Paid-Time-Off, 7-Holidays, and 2 Personal days along with an additional week of paid CME.

The new comp plan (as of 1/1/25) has $/RVU and thresholds noted below:

There is a comprehensive benefits package consisting of: Health, Dental and Vision, Life, Accidental Death, and Disability; Flexible Spending Accounts and Professional Expense Reimbursement; Retirement/ Deferred Compensation Savings Plans - 403(b), 457(b), 457(f).
