MedStar Medical Group Radiology offers a very competitive compensation package with a comprehensive benefits package.
Compensation and PTO are tiered and based on experience (years out of training). It will consist of a perpetual base salary (no RVU production) and has a quality bonus based on very attainable metrics (not production driven). The contract term is a 1-year evergreen contract. Additionally, there will be opportunities to moonlight, which can earn you another $50K – $70K. There will be a sign-on bonus and relocation assistance. Malpractice insurance is occurrence-based and covered by MedStar Health.
