Memorial has two physician groups. Its primary care practices are part of a large Federally Qualified Health Center that operates across Lawton and the surrounding catchment area. A centralized Referral Management Office receives referrals from Memorial's employed primary care providers and from other providers in the community, then schedules and prioritizes them for Memorial's employed specialty practices, including ENT.
The specialty group, Memorial Medical Group, practices on the hospital campus and includes 48 physicians, 15 nurse practitioners, and 11 physician assistants.
You will have access to a full continuum of services for your patients, from outpatient surgery to post-acute care.
