Memorial Health System is expanding its Hospital Medicine program and adding experienced Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants to its inpatient team. This is a growth position, not a replacement. As patient volumes rise, leadership is investing in a collaborative physician and APP practice model built to improve patient access, strengthen continuity of care, and support the long-term development of Hospital Medicine across the organization.
You would join as a foundational member of a growing inpatient medicine team. Leadership is committed to an environment where you practice at the top of your license while working alongside experienced Hospitalists, intensivists, specialists, and multidisciplinary support teams. Because Memorial Health directly employs its Hospital Medicine providers rather than using a contract management company, you work closely with executive leadership and help shape the future direction of the program.
