Physician Recruitment Process and Compensation Overview

This position offers a competitive salary commensurate with experience, along with paid call coverage and a benefits package built around faculty needs. The compensation structure is straightforward: a salary for the clinical and leadership role, plus additional pay for any call you choose to take.

Compensation Structure

Your compensation has two parts: a salary for the clinical practice and the operational leadership work, with protected administrative time built into the role, and paid call coverage on top of salary, structured as a stipend for each shift you take. Call is optional. An academic or research emphasis, if you want one, can be discussed and factored into the overall structure.
