Interview Process

Once a candidate’s submittal dossier is submitted to Mindy Aguilar, HR Director, a screening call will be completed between candidate and Mindy.  An initial interview via zoom will then be scheduled with Lori Bell, Director of Clinical Operations and Heidi Britton, CEO.  

Second interview will consist of HR, Medical Director, Director of Operations, and members of the medical team.  If applicant is local this will be an on-site visit/interview. If the applicant is not local, the second interview will be a zoom video. Only to be brought in if both interviews have gone well and NMHSI is serious about extending an offer.
