Physician Recruitment Process and Compensation Overview

The compensation package for this role is highly competitive, with a base salary ranging from $130K to $155K, and the potential to earn over $165K in the first year. Providers receive a $10K sign-on bonus, annual performance-based bonuses of $10K, and spot bonuses for clinical excellence. The benefits package includes comprehensive health, dental, and vision coverage, a retirement plan with company matching, generous paid time off (PTO), and a CME allowance. Providers also have the opportunity to receive relocation assistance of up to $5K. The clinic emphasizes professional development by covering CME, license fees, and professional dues.
