Premise Health: Flexible Schedule, Competitive Compensation, and Comprehensive Benefits for Physicians

  • Flexible Schedule: 3-, 4- or 5-day work week. Part time available as well 
  • Base Salary- $260,000 per year. Paid bi-weekly
  • Sign-on for relocation-$30,000 payable within first 30 days of employment – This would go through payroll with applicable taxes (no state income tax in NV) 
  • Annual Performance Bonus-Up to $10,000 per year based on clinical outcome objectives. 100% of current providers receiving bonus. Bonus criteria and breakdown below
  • Annual Merit Increases- annual merit-based salary increase of 2-4% per year – based on provider and company performance – most providers get a 3 rating so a 3% increase 
  • Paid Time Off (PTO)- 20 days (or 4 weeks); 25 days (or 5 weeks) after 1 year of service Ex) You will have 35 (paid days/holidays/CME) off in year one. With a 3 day a week schedule and the floating 4 hours during that week, you would be working the following:
  • 52 weeks x 3 days a week = 156 days
  • 52 days working 4 hours = 52 (only if you decided to work those 4 hours 1 day a week) 
  • 208 days working without PTO
  • Minus the 35 days PTO = 173 net workdays or less if you incorporated those 4 hours into your 3 days 
  • Temporary Housing available. Provided by the Nevada Gold Mines and based on availability
  • Holidays- 10 paid holidays per year
  • Continuing Medical Education- annual budget of $3000 per year w/ 5 paid CME education days/year
  • Licensure, DEA-Premise will reimburse for Nevada state licensure and DEA expense
  • Competitive 401-K, Health, Dental, Wellness, etc. You can enroll on day 1 and Premise will auto match you after 1 year on the first payroll 
  • 401(K) Plan: Gives all team members age 21 and older the ability to save for retirement through pre-tax and Roth contributions to the Premise Health 401(k) plan (up to annual IRS maximums). Each pay period, Premise will match participant contributions up to 100% of the first 2% of compensation and 50% of the next 2% after one year of employment
  • Contract- we do not have a restrictive non-compete (the only stipulation is that you cannot work for another employer-based clinic); the contract term allows for a 45 day out
  • Malpractice- we cover your med-mal plus tail coverage, 2mil/6mil plus tail
  • EPIC EMR - a very robust health information exchange (HIE) function with other providers that use EPIC called Care Everywhere enabling us to provide more thorough care for our patients
  • Virtual Peer Networking with other Golden Health and other clients’ physicians and Medical Directors from across the country 

2023 Bonus Criteria, $10,000 possible FT PC Provider- Pro-rated if stated if less than 40 hrs
