Physician Recruitment Process and Compensation Overview
- Incoming physician will be employed through Rural Medical Services
- Perpetual salary based on fair market value and experience.
- In addition, RMS offers a production incentive based on patient encounters.
- Time Off: 240 hours (30 days) + 11 Holidays
- CME Allowance and CME Stipend
- Benefits: Health, Dental, Vision, Retirement with matching, Long/Short Term Disability and Life Insurance and Malpractice insurance and tail coverage (benefits guide provided upon request)
- Sign-on bonus: negotiable
- Relocation: negotiable
- Rural Medical Services currently has a HPSA score of 15, so it qualifies for student loan forgiveness!
