Physician Recruitment Process and Compensation Overview

  • Incoming physician will be employed through Rural Medical Services
  • Perpetual salary based on fair market value and experience.
  • In addition, RMS offers a production incentive based on patient encounters. 
  • Time Off: 240 hours (30 days) + 11 Holidays
  • CME Allowance and CME Stipend
  • Benefits: Health, Dental, Vision, Retirement with matching, Long/Short Term Disability and Life Insurance and Malpractice insurance and tail coverage (benefits guide provided upon request)
  • Sign-on bonus: negotiable 
  • Relocation: negotiable 
  • Rural Medical Services currently has a HPSA score of 15, so it qualifies for student loan forgiveness!
