Compensation 

  • Starting bonus: $50,000
  • Relocation Assistance: $15,000 - $27,000 (determined by location)
  • Competitive 2-Year Salary Guarantee - $638,000 
    Once threshold of 8,285 wRVUs is exceeded, receive RVU incentive model
  • In Year 3, move to RVU productivity model of $77.00per wRVU 
  • $100,000 Student Loan Repayment

  • OHA Health Care Provider Incentives (depends on site)

GI Medical Director: 

(grid below displays the wRVUs at each tier, pro-rated by 0.8 FTE to account for the 0.2 FTE administrative “carve out” for the Medical Directorship. Medical Director will be compensated at the 1.0 FTE amount shown, but productivity expectation is reduced for the time away from clinical time for administrative duties. Medical Director will also have an annual director stipend of $30,000)
