As a priority hire for Sanford Health, they are offering very competitive compensation and significant retention bonus structure on top of the benefits package which includes, Medical, Dental, Vision, Malpractice tail coverage, and more.  

2-year Guaranteed Salary of up to $750,000 and a retention bonus of approximately $200,000, $100,000 upon signing and $100,000 upon starting. Additionally, there is up to $15,000 in relocation assistance, $9,000 per year for CME.
