Sentara RMH Medical Center offers a highly competitive compensation package for Gastroenterologists looking to join their team. To start, the base salary offered is $525,000 per year with a 2-year guarantee, providing financial stability as you build your practice. Recognizing the costs associated with starting at a new practice, Sentara RMH also offers a generous $25,000 commencement bonus upon joining to help cover any transition expenses.

Looking beyond the first two years, Sentara RMH includes substantial retention incentives to keep top talent long-term. After your second and third years of practice, you will receive annual retention bonuses of $25,000 each year. Beyond the base salary and bonuses, you will also receive a $5,500 annual stipend for continuing medical education (CME) to support your ongoing professional development.
