Navigating the Clinical Component
This is a full-spectrum women's health practice built on a collaborative model between OB/GYNs and midwives. Midwives manage most vaginal deliveries and carry primary call, while you focus on high-risk obstetrics, C-sections, and gynecologic surgery. The practice supports a low-intervention birth philosophy, including VBACs and water births for low-risk patients, alongside a full surgical and outpatient gynecologic component.
