The contract would be for 3-years at $450,000 per year. It would include a guaranteed base salary plus production bonuses. There is a $30,000 sign-on bonus, $15,000 relocation reimbursement $5,000 CME, and comprehensive benefits. Malpractice Insurance including Tail coverage is provided. You get an annual allotment of 240 ATO hours. This equates to 30-days/6 weeks for a physician working consistent 8-hour days/5-days a week. There is student loan forgiveness of $75,000. There is a 90-Day out clause.
