You will receive a hybrid 2-year auto-renewable contract which will have a guaranteed salary plus a productivity bonus. After 2-years years it typically goes to production, but that is open to discussion. Your agreement will include full benefits (medical, dental, vision, life & long-term care), retirement options, 6-weeks PTO plus holidays, 5-days paid CME ($7K), and malpractice insurance including tail insurance.
If needed, there is an opportunity for student loan repayment up to $100K.
