Your Practice Structure

This is a dedicated inpatient Internal Medicine Hospitalist role on a 7 days on / 7 days off schedule. You join an established team of six Hospitalists, so coverage patterns, workflows, and team culture are already in place when you arrive.

The position is open to both new graduates and experienced physicians. New graduates step into a structured environment with five experienced colleagues and the academic infrastructure of an Internal Medicine Residency Program on site.

Teaching and Academic Involvement

Stillwater Medical Center operates an Internal Medicine Residency Program. Participation is optional. If you choose to oversee and teach residents, you receive an additional $10,000 annual stipend. This gives you a path to academic involvement without academic obligation.
