There will be a base salary of $600K for the initial 2-year term of the contract. There is a productivity model, but it is not based on RVUs. The productivity model is on a quarterly basis and is a department bonus, not an individual bonus.
The goal is to average the following every quarter:
15 patients per day in the clinic per provider
12 patients procedures per day per provider
If those numbers are met, the entire department bonus fund gets:
$100 for every patient seen over the goal
$300 for every procedure over the goal
At the end of the quarter, the bonus is paid out based on the overage and equally distributed amongst the team on an FTE ratio.
There is also an organizational at risk fund based on how the organization does financially – admin, executive, leadership, providers all have the same requirement to get this amount
Summit will also give an extra $20K bonus for anyone that buys a house in the county.
There is potential for a Medical Directorship and there are two financial choices for that role.
Be 1.0 FTE Clinical and get paid 10% salary bonus ($60K).
Work .9 FTE, and have .1 FTE be Medical Director responsibilities for $600K
