Contract & Benefits

This position will be a W-2 employed position and will take in around $400,000 annually through their clinical and admin duties along with quality and production incentives. 

  • $135-hr for days
  • $150-hr for nights 
  • $11,500/month Medical Director stipend
  • Can go up to $14,000 but in the past they have carved out $2500 a month to go to an assistant Medical Director 
  • $5.76 per RVU with no cap or threshold 
  • Sign-on or Loan repayment 
  • $20k-$40k sign-on which is usually negotiated at the time of the contract
  • Up to $25k in loan repayment for three years and will be approved on a case by case basis
  • Relocation assistance of $10k
