Compensation
- $225/Hour + a negotiable sign-on bonus starting at $10,000
- 1099 Employment
- Provider may accept compensation as either a sole proprietor or as a LLC
- TeamHealth offers information about both options
- Malpractice insurance

Recruitment Process

- First interview is with AJ Wilson of TeamHealth (phone)
- Second interview is with Dr. Vanlandingham, TeamHealth ER Medical Director (phone)
- TeamHealth will send you what they call a Sanction Check. You only need to enter your name, date of birth, and grant them authorization to check your background.
- Onsite interview: TeamHealth covers all expenses for your airfare, hotel, and rental car
- TeamHealth confers with Dr. Vanlandingham and the team after the interview and typically makes a decision within 48 hours after the onsite interview.
- AJ Wilson of TeamHealth verbally presents the offer terms by phone.
- If you accept the verbal terms of the offer, then an employment agreement with an easy-to-read cover page is created and sent to you in less than 5 business days.
