Exciting Opportunity for Independent CRNAs in a Fast-Paced Outpatient Setting with No Call Responsibilities

This position is going to be a standard outpatient CRNA position. Most days the CRNA’s will spend time in both the OR & the Endo suites so the day gets broken up pretty nicely. The CRNAs work very independently and run their own rooms, we do have 4 Anesthesiologist onsite every day that do most of the Pre-Op and cases when needed. There will be a good mix of all types of cases including general, regional, sedation, local and pain management though they do not do a lot of blocks.

GI & Cataract will comprise about 70% of the cases and each provider will get a mix of both throughout the week. In addition to that, Pediatrics is an important and large component of the practice, so providers need to be comfortable with that patient panel.

Overall, this is a very high paced practice, especially in the Endoscopy suite where the turnover can be done in a couple of minutes to get patients in and out quickly.

One of the best parts of this position is the no call component, you never have to carry a beeper or be available once you leave the office.

Schedule

There are No Nights, No Holidays, No Weekends and No Call required for this position.

The schedule requirement is just 40-hours per week. The team is extremely flexible on how to get to that number as shifts can include 8, 9, 10 and 12-hour shifts. For example, they have two providers that work two 8-hour shifts and two 12-hour shifts to get to their 40-hours for the week.

You really can set your own schedule, as the facility is open from 7am – 7pm, you can figure out a schedule that works for you and your family.
