Lucrative Compensation and Benefits Package for Neurologists: Competitive Salary, Sign-On Bonus, RVU Productivity Bonus, Loan Repayment, Training Stipend, Generous PTO, Paid Holidays, CME Stipend, Retirement Plans, Occurrence-Based Malpractice Coverage, EPIC EMR, and Relocation Assistance

  • Base Salary- $340k-$360k per year. Paid bi-weekly 
  • Sign-on bonus -$40k payable within first 30 days of employment – This would go through payroll with applicable taxes 
  • Uncapped RVU productivity bonus that provides an additional $150k per year 
  • Loan repayment of $80k paid directly to lender and over the first three contract years 
  • $2k per month training stipend upon signing and full execution of the contract through the last month before starting
  • Paid Time Off (PTO)- 25 days (or 5 weeks) 
  • Holidays- 8 paid holidays per year including Mardi Gras celebrations 
  • Continuing Medical Education- $5k CME Stipend per year w/ 5 CME education days/year 
  • Robust Retirement Plans eligible on day 1 
  • Malpractice- Occurrence based (Includes Tail coverage)
  • EPIC EMR
  • $8k Relocation
