You join an established team of 3 physicians and 5 APPs who share clinic, inpatient, and emergency coverage across the Hebron campus. TCHS describes the group as a team atmosphere, with physicians and APPs dividing call so no single provider carries the full load.

How the Team Works Together

APPs serve as the primary ER provider on weekdays, with a physician as backup supervisor
APPs cover after-hours clinic calls
Physicians rotate weekend ER call and cover each other's inpatient and swing bed patients
Visiting specialists hold clinics on the TCHS campus
