The base salary for this position is $375k as a guaranteed base salary based on you covering 14 beds a day working Monday-Friday normal business hours with no call or weekend coverage. Covering additional beds, and picking up weekend or call coverage will provide the opportunity to increase your compensation.

24-hour weekend (one day) on-call shift rounding on half the patients: $3k
Weekend Rounding Shift (one day) on half the patients: $1350
Additional compensation for picking up overnight Doc on Call shifts during the week
Following your interview, you will receive an offer letter within a week from the respective CEO. Upon signing, then a contract will be drafted by UHS’ corporate and legal team which will take about 3 weeks.
Both hospitals have a very streamlined interview process that will not be burdened with excessive calls. You will be able to meet with the respective CEOs right away to ask any contract or practice questions upfront.
• Initial Phone interview with their in house recruiter, Stephanie Figuerora and the respective CEO
• Following this, they will invite you out for a paid onsite visit for you and your significant other
• We will also arrange for you to have a community tour with a local realtor following your meetings in the morning
• Dinner with the CEO, you and your spouse, and other members of the senior leadership and clinical team toU close out your interviewing day
