The position starts with a guaranteed salary floor of $525,000, with flexibility to go higher depending on experience and documented productivity. Current compensation in Silverdale is reaching $850,000 and above. The package is benchmarked using AGMA, Gallagher, and MGMA data and will be updated with 2025 benchmarks to remain highly competitive.
Once established, your earnings shift to a 100% RVU model with a two-year guarantee. After year two, compensation is set at 85% of your prior year’s salary plus continued RVU bonuses. High performers are currently achieving 12,000 to 20,000 RVUs annually.
