Compensation & Benefits: A Rewarding Package that Reflects Your Value

This opportunity offers a competitive compensation model designed to reward both your clinical productivity and your commitment to patient care. Anchored by a strong financial foundation and generous benefits, this position ensures you and your family enjoy financial security, professional satisfaction, and work-life balance.

The position starts with a guaranteed salary floor of $500,000, with flexibility to go higher depending on experience and documented productivity. Current compensation in Silverdale is reaching $700,000 and above. The compensation package is benchmarked using a blend of AGMA, Gallagher, and MGMA data and is slated for update with 2025 benchmarks to remain highly competitive.

Once established, your earnings are productivity-based with a 100% RVU model and a two-year guarantee. After year two, compensation is set at 85% of your prior year’s salary plus continued RVU bonuses, offering consistency and reward for your efforts. High performers in the group are currently achieving 12,000 to 20,000 RVUs annually.

In addition to a competitive base and RVU structure, you’ll enjoy flexible and negotiable bonuses and relocation support:

  • Sign-on bonus: Typically $30,000–$50,000, with the ability to go higher for the right candidate
  • Relocation assistance: $15,000–$25,000 depending on need
  • Loan repayment and quality bonuses may be available and are evaluated on a case-by-case basis
  • Immigration support is available for J1 and H1B candidates with a dedicated attorney who has successfully placed physicians in the past
