Physician Recruitment Process and Compensation Overview

As an employee of Willamette Family Medical, you will receive an annual salary from $230k-$250k based on experience and a sign-on bonus. The sign on bonus will be paid on the last day of the first month of employment. The amount of the sign on bonus will be determined based on experience.  This is a straight guaranteed salary with a quality bonus potential up to $40k per year. The criteria to achieve the quality metric bonus is determined by the group’s ability to meet the Medicaid standard of care metrics. The WFMC physicians have received their full quality bonus every year for the past five years.

Relocation assistance amount will be determined based upon where you live and paid as reimbursement to the physician on the last day of the first month of employment.

You will receive full benefits, malpractice with tail coverage, a CME (Continuing Medical Education) allowance of 32 hours & $2,800, 4 weeks of PTO, 7 paid holidays, and 401k. The 401k will commence after 90 days. The contract is for a two-year term with a 90-day out clause. There is not a non-compete clause in place if a physician were to leave the organization.

There is an option for J1 & H1B sponsorship if needed.
