This is an incredible opportunity for an EP physician who is looking for autonomy, flexibility, and the ability to practice as much EP medicine as possible. This area is consistently losing EP patients to other facilities much further away due to the lack of available providers. They have estimated about 200 procedures are leaving per year and receiving care outside of the local community. This is a chance for a physician with a few years of experience under their belt to come in, take control of the EP patients within this community and make a name for themselves.
With the amount of patients leaving each year they know the volume is here for a new provider to come in and do very well. You will have the ability to start doing procedures immediately. They currently have a hybrid procedure room that they are utilizing, half cath lab and half surgical room and it was originally designed for neuroradiology. This room includes all EP equipment and there will be dedicated time for the EP physician as much as they desire.
