Baptist Stuttgart operates on a standard agreement through the Arkansas Health Group, which oversees all physician employment through Baptist. They will give candidates an initial term sheet detailing benefits, compensation, and reimbursement rates, and then transition into a fully executable employment agreement. Base salary will be flexible around the $450k number, which is roughly the 50th percentile per MGMA data. There is an RVU amount that will be around the 50th percentile for reimbursement, and a quality incentive paid annually starting at $25,000 beginning in year 2. There is a commencement bonus that has been flexible, beginning around $50,000 including moving costs.
