Physician Recruitment Process and Compensation Overview
A Compensation Package Built for Stability and Lifestyle Balance
Your compensation reflects the hospital’s commitment to long term program growth rather than volume driven pressure. The structure provides predictable income, full benefits, and the freedom to practice without the burnout often tied to productivity models. With no call, no weekends, and a consistent Monday through Friday schedule, the financial package supports both your professional goals and your personal life.
Hospital leadership understands the importance of attracting a radiation oncologist who plans to stay. The compensation design prioritizes stability, community integration, and the ability to grow a service line without worrying about meeting RVU thresholds before the program matures.
