Dr. Reckard shared that the RVU productivity bonus is very attainable. “If you were to only do 1 OR day and 1 clinic day per week plus call, you would hit your threshold.”

Compensation Structure

  • Competitive Base Salary – Commensurate with experience
  • Quality-Based Performance Bonus: 10% of base salary
    98.5% of all physicians in the medical group attain this bonus annually
  • Call Stipend: $1,250 per call shift (~$38,000/year) + RVUs generated on shift
    (Example: Avg. 200 RVUs per weekend shift – Sat/Sun)
  • Uncapped RVU Productivity Bonus – Threshold aligned to salary tier
  • Top earners (13,000–14,000 RVUs annually) see the highest compensation under the current structure
  • Comprehensive Benefits: Health, dental, vision, and malpractice insurance with tail coverage
  • ~7.5 weeks of paid time off annually: 25 vacation days, 7 holidays (call distributed evenly), and 5 CME days
  • Starting Bonus and Relocation Assistance available for new physicians
