Clinical Quality & Citizenship Payment: In addition to the Clinical Base Salary payable above, Physician will be eligible to earn an additional amount of up to $50,000.00 for the first and second Contract Year (the “Q&C Payment”) based on the satisfaction of certain clinical quality and citizenship metrics (the “Q&C Metrics”).
Productivity Bonus: In addition to the Base Salary payable under subsection above, in the event that the Physician wRVUs exceed the applicable wRVU Threshold for such Contract Year set forth below, Physician shall be paid a productivity bonus in an amount equal to the number of Physician wRVUs in excess of the wRVU Threshold multiplied by the applicable Conversion Rate for such Contract Year.
In addition, you will have a Medical Director Stipend that does not go away as long as you remain the Medical Director.
Other benefits include: Sign-on bonus, starting bonus, relocation expenses, paid CME up to $6,000. Upon acceptance of an offer, you will be given a packet describing the entire comprehensive benefits package.
