MedStar St. Mary's Hospital recently celebrated a century of caring for the community, our neighbors, friends, and family members. In the more than 100 years that St. Mary's has been a part of the Southern Maryland community, our goal has remained the same.
We were established in 1912 by a group of seven founders to be a place where people could receive quality medical attention in a setting of comfort and caring. And while a great deal has changed in health care and medical technology, St. Mary's is still a place of compassionate, quality care that would make our founders proud.
