Physician Recruitment Process and Compensation Overview

This is a salaried position; compensation can increase from year-to-year based on patient panel size and production. There is no RVU compensation component, we are working towards a panel-sized based compensation model. Compensation will be based on several factors, including your current experience and interests being considered. Additionally, you will receive a sign-on bonus and relocation assistance.

Beyond your direct compensation, you will also enjoy a comprehensive benefits package that includes 20 days (about 4 weeks) of PTO plus holidays, as well as 10 days (about 1 and a half weeks) of paid CME.
