After an onsite visit with Adventist, you will receive an offer of employment seeing that the interview went well.
Adventist utilizes an RVU model for their compensation. Typically, your guarantee period is 15 months, however, if it is taking a bit longer to ramp up or you would like to extend your guarantee period, the Adventist team is open to extending the guarantee another 6 months to full year. Due to the extensive waitlist for ENT, it is anticipated that the incoming provider will be fully ramped up in about 12 months time.
The guarantee base is set at 15 months The guarantee base salary range is $400,000-$445,000. You will receive bonuses once you exceed your wRVU threshold and can receive bonuses as early as year 1. The RVU rate is set at $63/RVU. Call is paid at $450/shift. There is an annual $5,000 quality bonus. Additional monies include: $40,000 sign on bonus, $17,000 relocation assistance and $100,000 student loan repayment ($20,000/year over 5 years). Adventist offers malpractice insurance while you are employed by them, and tail coverage should you choose to leave the organization. After 5 years of employment with Adventist, your tail is covered 100% (20% more covered each year).
