Adventist Health Portland offers a compensation model that reflects your value as a provider while supporting your lifestyle, career goals, and financial stability in a major metropolitan market. Your first year begins with a guaranteed base salary of $276,000, supported by a $27,600 value-based compensation bonus, bringing your Year 1 total to approximately $303,600. In addition, you’ll receive a $30,000 sign-on bonus and $17,000 in relocation assistance if you’re moving to the Portland area. Student loan repayment support is robust, with $18,000 per year for five years ($90,000 total), and eligibility for Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF).
