Enjoy a guaranteed salary of $635,000 to $655,00 plus quarterly bonuses based on patient encounters. For our purposes anything that drops a charge, a billable event, constitutes an encounter. We were told specifically if you averaged 16 patients per day you would certainly qualify for the total Quarterly Bonus of $20,000 totaling $80,000 per year.
