Shortly after a candidate’s positive site visit with the ARH team, a Letter of Intent will be generated by the recruitment team. This can be expected within the business week proceeding the interview, and requires input from physicians attending the visit, as well as recruitment team and C-suite input.
Once the candidate signs the LOI, a contract will be generated through ARH physician recruiting. Tiffany, RaeAnna, and Stephanie will work together to have this accomplished in a timely manner, but historically, this can take up to a month after the visit. We will work collaboratively with the ARH team to keep the candidate involved and motivated.
