Physician Recruitment Process and Compensation Overview

A competitive compensation package awaits practitioners, offering a proven annual compensation ranging from $330,000 to $360,000. The foundation of this package is a solid base salary set at $291,400, complemented by two lucrative incentives. Firstly, the Production Bonus, triggered by achieving a wRVU threshold of 4,700, with a conversion rate of $62 per wRVU. The production bonus is paid to the provider on a monthly basis. Additionally, physicians partake in the financial success of the Accountable Care Organization (ACO) through a Physician Share of ACO Shared Savings.
