You'll engage in a truly team-based practice, participating in twice-weekly robust tumor boards and collaborating with dedicated nurse navigators, social workers, and support staff.
We understand the importance of work-life balance and offer a flexible schedule tailored to your preferences. You'll enjoy a Monday to Friday work week with no regular weekend duties. (We can consider a 4-day work week as well for justifiable reasons). A typical day starts with inpatient rounds at 7:30/8:00 AM, followed by clinic at 9:00 AM. Our current medical director maintains 90th percentile production while getting home by 4 PM daily, demonstrating our commitment to efficiency and quality of life.
Your expertise will be well rewarded at Benefis. We offer a competitive base salary with production incentives and current providers earning $800,000 to $900,000 annually in total compensation.
