The practice offers a flexible 4-day workweek, typically consisting of two days in the Operating Room and two days in the clinic. Clinic days run from 8am-4pm, while OR days often end earlier, providing additional personal time.

The case mix is fairly high pediatrics – roughly 50/50 or 60/40. Any complicated head and neck surgery would be shipped out. Dr. Baker does some, and we would be willing to accommodate some cases for someone who had that skillset.
