Family Practice with Obstetrics
This position will come with an “evergreen” guaranteed Base Salary of $275,000 plus signing bonus, relocation paid, 6 Weeks PTO with $5k for CME. Evergreen meaning the salary is guaranteed in perpetuity. Salary may be negotiable dependent on varying factors.
• Production bonus in the form of wRVU is paid quarterly.
• The RVU threshold is set at a daily rate of 22 wRVU per day.
• Anything over 22 RVU per day is paid at $50 per RVU.
Example: IF someone saw 15 patients per day with an average RVU of 2.5 per patient encounter, the physician would bonus out at $97,650 annually. This would take them over $400k in annual income.
The current team earns between $310,000 to $375,000 annually for the light work and 3 or 4 day schedule they have. The salary provided goes up each year of service you provide to Blue Mountain Hospital and never goes away. The goal here is quality over quantity and they put their ‘money where their mouth is’ by investing in high salaries to attract great physicians to our exception staff.
