Guaranteed Base Salary, Generous Signing Bonus, and Quality-Focused Compensation Package: Join Our Team!

This position will come with an “evergreen” guaranteed Base Salary, plus $50,000 signing bonus, relocation paid, 8 Weeks PTO with $4k for CME. Salary may be negotiable dependent on varying factors. Production bonus in the form of wRVU is paid quarterly.

You will never be on an ‘eat what you kill’ compensation arrangement. The goal here is quality over quantity and they put their money where their mouth (as the saying goes).  

  • Salary: $131,000
  • Production Bonus: RVU Threshold is set at 16 RVU per day; RVU paid rate $35 per RVU over 16). 
  • The average bonus paid is around $5,000 per quarter or $20,000 per year.
  • Optional/Additional shifts in ER $900 per day
  • CME: $5,000 annually
  • Relocation: Yes, negotiable
  • Signing Bonus: Yes, negotiable
  • Student Loan Repayment : $10,000 per year ($30,000 max)
