Your immediate medical colleagues include Dr. Lydia Adams, the Chief Medical Officer and a Fellow of the American Academy of Family Physicians, who brings strong clinical leadership and family medicine expertise to guide the organization's medical direction. Dr. Amber Washington-LaPresta serves as Assistant Chief Medical Officer, while Dr. Anietra Bailey and Dr. Jamila Crawford round out the physician team. This physician leadership structure ensures you'll have experienced colleagues to turn to for complex cases, administrative guidance, and professional mentorship.

The Advanced Practice Provider team represents a significant strength of the organization, with experienced PAs and NPs who can handle routine care, manage chronic conditions, and provide valuable support for complex cases. Jennifer Sass, FNP-C serves as Director of Clinical Special Populations, bringing specialized expertise to vulnerable patient groups. This robust APP team means you'll have excellent support for patient care management and the flexibility to focus on the most complex cases requiring physician-level decision making.
