Clinical Practice

You will practice electrophysiology in a high-volume setting serving a regional population of more than 1.2 million residents. As the fourth physician in an established practice, you step into an existing patient panel and immediate procedural volume, supported by a strong referral network and one of the region's largest cardiovascular programs.

Patient Population

  • Regional referral base of more than 1.2 million residents
  • Immediate patient panel and procedural volume from day one
  • Diverse arrhythmia caseload, from routine device management to complex ablations
  • Established referral patterns across Western New York

Procedures and Services

  • Atrial fibrillation (AF) ablation
  • Ventricular tachycardia (VT) ablation
  • Conduction system pacing
  • Cardiac rhythm device implantation
  • Longitudinal device management
  • Lead extraction, including laser lead extraction
  • Left atrial appendage occlusion (Watchman/LAAO)
  • Pulse Field Ablation (PFA)
  • Impella-supported ablations
  • Contemporary three-dimensional mapping and ablation technologies

Clinical Support

Your clinical work is supported by experienced cath lab staff and a collaborative team of electrophysiologists, interventional cardiologists, cardiac surgeons, vascular specialists, advanced cardiac imaging specialists, and advanced practice providers. All RNs and Angio Rad Technologists are cross trained to scrub and monitor all procedure types, with select team members specializing in EP and complex cardiac ablation cases. Dedicated industry support is available during every case.

Call Structure

An EP-only call schedule, shared 1:4 and expected to improve to 1:5, supports work-life balance while maintaining continuity of care. Additional compensated call opportunities are available. Outreach clinics are available but not required, giving you the option to extend electrophysiology services across the region and strengthen the referral network.
