Your clinical work is supported by experienced cath lab staff and a collaborative team of electrophysiologists, interventional cardiologists, cardiac surgeons, vascular specialists, advanced cardiac imaging specialists, and advanced practice providers. All RNs and Angio Rad Technologists are cross trained to scrub and monitor all procedure types, with select team members specializing in EP and complex cardiac ablation cases. Dedicated industry support is available during every case.
An EP-only call schedule, shared 1:4 and expected to improve to 1:5, supports work-life balance while maintaining continuity of care. Additional compensated call opportunities are available. Outreach clinics are available but not required, giving you the option to extend electrophysiology services across the region and strengthen the referral network.
