Soldotna is the central hub of the Kenai Peninsula, located just 150 scenic highway miles south of Anchorage via the Seward and Sterling Highways, rated by National Geographic as one of 50 ultimate road trips. Soldotna is a thriving, full-service community, and the fastest growing city on the Kenai Peninsula with a population of just more than 4,000 residents. While visitors and residents alike can testify to Soldotna’s unique Alaskan charms, Soldotna’s biggest claim to fame is the fact that the world renown Kenai River flows through the middle of town.
