A Transparent Compensation Model That Rewards Your Work

Clean Heart Cardiology offers a clear and competitive compensation structure built to grow with you. You'll start with a guaranteed salary supported by the hospital in year one, allowing you to establish your practice without financial pressure. By year two, you’ll transition into a straightforward work RVU model designed to reward your productivity without burdening you with billing complexity.

The group takes pride in its transparency. You'll receive weekly RVU reports and enjoy biweekly pay based directly on your output. Rather than sharing overhead across the group, you’ll be responsible only for your own, creating a clean and fair path to income growth. Physicians in the practice project a steady climb from $450K in year one to $550K+ by year three, with full patient panels and procedural volume.

You’ll also have the flexibility to choose between a W2 or 1099 employment model. If W2, standard benefits such as health insurance and malpractice coverage are included. If you prefer 1099, compensation is adjusted accordingly and physicians may select their own benefit solutions.

  • Year 1: Guaranteed base salary around $450K with sign-on and relocation support
